Attorney Sky Douglas Conway is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Connecticut. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Bridgeport School Of Law and began his legal career in 1985.
Mr. Conway worked as an associate attorney at Tate Capasse & Johnson of Westport, Connecticut and Kleban & Samor, in Southport, Connecticut.
In addition to practicing law, Attorney Conway has been actively involved in local government. While at UConn working on his Liberal Arts/Political Science degree, he became the youngest elected official in Fairfield Connecticut’s history, winning a seat on the City Council (RTM) at age 19. Mr. Conway was subsequently elected to three additional terms serving as the Deputy Speaker and eventually the Majority Leader.
Mr. Conway’s government service advanced further when he worked as the Aide to the House Minority Leader in the Connecticut Legislature, interned for Congressman Stewart McKinney, served as a legal intern for the Senate Transportation Committee in Connecticut, and worked at the U.S. Interior Department.
Mr. Conway has also been involved in many entrepreneurial activities. His numerous businesses include:

After many years of personal experience developing these diverse businesses, Mr. Conway was astonished at the lack of progress in the legal realm in addressing the complete needs of business owners, particularly new start-ups and small businesses. He observed that vital parts necessary to effectively plan and ensure successful growth were often absent in the legal services offered.
As a result of this unique personal experience, Attorney Conway formed Conway Law Group, in order to assist start-ups and small businesses plan for successful growth.
